I had a dental emergency, Harbour Dental saw me the next day at 9:00am. The whole experience; from the phone call to Mary at the front desk confirming my appointment, to speaking with Kate, the office manager, who was super personable, funny, and knowledgeable, to my visit with Dr Macedo was nothing short of exceptional.
Dr Macedo was so gentle with me and informative of everything she was doing, every step of the way. She took care of my emergency in minutes, and it was completely painless. She eased my nerves when I was feeling anxious as well. 10/10 recommend. My experience at Harbour Dental Care was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the energy, vibes, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. First impressions mean a lot to me, and they definitely made a great one! What stood out the most was how genuinely helpful and understanding they were. The first option presented to me didn’t work for my situation, but she didn’t stop there. She continued working with me, exploring different options and making arrangements until we found something that was actually sustainable and comfortable for me. I’m extremely grateful for the amazing customer service and positive experience. Harbour Dental Care truly knows how to make their patients feel valued. Staff are all professional and the office is spotless.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Macedo and it was a painless process. After all of the horror stories I’ve heard of having this operation done I expected a rather horrible experience, however that is not the experience I had with this team. I had a few questions before we started and both the Dr. and her assistant were happy to answer and made sure I was comfortable before they began.
