I love my dentist! From the professionalism, work ethic. Kind & courtesy. The entire staff always make me very comfortable every visit. I use to be scared of the dentist but doc got me out of that. His work is phenomenal! I always get so many compliments from my peers and some of them even because clientele based off of the dental work doc has done on me. I had such a great experience at Harbor Dental today! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Jasmine at the front desk was super polite and welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable. Tia took my X-rays, and she was so sweet, respectful, and full of positive energy. She made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience feel easy. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, very informative, and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated that he gave me multiple treatment options instead of making me feel pressured into one particular choice. Shay, the office manager, was also amazing. She was very detail-oriented, patient with all of my questions, and went over several payment options with me. She was incredibly sweet and made sure I understood everything before I left. I also have to mention the price difference, because it honestly surprised me. I went to Aspen Dental yesterday and was quoted a HUGE amount for only a portion of the dental work I need. Today, Harbor Dental quoted me for all of the work I need for my entire mouth, and the total was about half of what Aspen quoted me for just part of the work. That was a pretty eye-opening difference! I left Harbor Dental feeling informed, respected, and much more confident about getting my dental work done. I’m so glad I decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. Thank you to Jasmine, Tia, the doctor, and Shay for making my experience so positive. Dr. Alvarez is amazing I went in with pain in my lower canine and in less than 3hrs walked out with a root canal done and no pain and now have a road planned to get my teeth back strong, beautiful and solid again!
