I want to take this moment to give my sincere appreciation to Dr. Firdose Basha. I was nervous about getting my tooth pulled, from the moment I walked in the entire staff made me feel like I was home. The dental assistant who was there with me as well was amazing. I appreciate her for making me feel calm and at ease. My dentist made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease throughout the entire process. First let me start by saying I was extremely nervous having a tooth pulled after 30 years since my last one, I was calmly consulted about the process and after my first round of numbing meds I thought I was ready for the extraction, I was not! 🥴 my blood pressure went up, I went into a minor panic attack, then I was calmed down again about additional meds options to help, I had a second dosage of numbing meds, was put on oxygen to train my breathing for about an hour so I can get use to the breathing to prep me for the laughing gas, I was giving a remote to watch tv, I logged into my Netflix and was totally at home at this point, doc came in with the nitro, I was explained how it would taste and feel, I immediately felt the relaxation, this was exactly what I needed, once it got the full effect I was talking up a storm and had the assistant laughing, I could go on & on, but I’m a not shell this was an emergency visit and now I trust this dentist as my new facility for the future ✌🏽🙏🏽❤️

5 stars alll the way I had had a horrible experience getting sedated in palm beach was traumatized from it they left me with to high of a filling called harbor when I got home they got me in immediately were VERY VERY understanding of the fact I had high anxiety doctor and nurse were AMAZING we are blown away by how nice and easy it was truly recommend them if your a anxious person or have been traumatized by a dentist!!

This Fleming Island dental office was very organized and inviting. This is my second visit,  and each time I have been with Luz. She is very compassionate, patient, and professional. She was constantly wiping down used equipment and keeping the environment clean. She made sure to always check in with me to see if anything was need before stepping away. In addition to exceptional customer service, she exhibited knowledge and often helped coworkers as needed. Office manager Josh and Allen worked together to come up with a plan. Josh took time to print out and explain what treatment plan and to also answer questions that I had. Dr. Howard was very skilled displayed great chair-side manner. He personally after my procedure to check on my status. There was minimal pain after first procedure and none after the last visit with him.  All in all, this office is the best!
